Absolutely. Unlike big banquet halls, we offer an open vendor policy. You are free to bring your favorite photographer, private chef, or florist. We also have a curated list of preferred Denver pros.

Yes! It is a great cost saving benefit of our venue. However, all alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender, no self serve allowed.

Yes. We are a 100% private residential rental. You will have exclusive access to the entire property (Great Room, Decks, and Suites) with no shared spaces or other guests.
