  • Sound: Located in an extremely quiet residential neighborhood, ideal for capturing clean, professional audio.

  • Power: Plentiful 120V outlets throughout, including floor outlets. At least two dedicated 20-amp circuits are available in the kitchen area.

  • Light: Abundant, soft, and consistent natural light from a wall of east-facing, and west facing panoramic windows.
